Our Core Values

Core Value 1:   

We believe that the worship of God should be undertaken with zeal, passion, reverence and humility.

( Jn.4:24; Ps 150; Eph 5:18-20; Col.3:16)

Core Value 2:

We believe that anointed preaching of the Scriptures is the means of transformation and change, both in the individual and the church.

(2 Tim.3:16-17; James 1:23-25)

Core Value 3:

We believe in doing things to the best of our ability and that excellence honours God and inspires people.

(Col.3:17; Mal.1:6-14; Prov 27:17)

Core Value 4: 

We believe that the church should be culturally relevant and contemporary, whilst remaining true to the teaching of Scripture.

(1 Cor 9:19-23)

Core Value 5:

We believe that our mission is to communicate the Gospel by all means and without distinction.

(Mt 18:14;  Mt.28:18-20)

Core Value 6:

We believe that Christians are stewards of God’s blessings and should be faithful in the giving of tithes, offerings and life’s resources.

(Mal.3:8-10; Lk.14:33; 2 Cor 8:9,12)

Core Value 7:

We believe that every Christian, including the young, is called to ministry and should pursue a godly life through which their gifts can be released.

(Eph 4:12-16;  Rom.12:4-8; 1 Co 12:4-7)

Core Value 8:

We believe that Love, Unity and Prayer should permeate every aspect of Church life.

(Ps.133; 1 Cor 13; Eph 5:21; Eph 6:18; Phil 4:6; Mt 6:5; 1 Thess 5:17)

Core Value 9:

We believe that the Church should be led by people with the gift of leadership.

(Eph.4:11-16; Acts 6:2-5;  Roms. 12:8; Neh. 1-2)

Core Value 10:

We believe that the Church can only function effectively with the baptism, gifts, power and presence of the Holy Spirit.

(Jn.14:16-21; Acts 1:8; 1 Cor 2:4)
